Weight Loss Wednesday- ONE MONTH

Well I am one month into my weight loss journey.

Let me just say, I like quick results, which I know is not the most healthy. So I am learning patience. Basically, I want to be able to think, I want to lose weight, make some changes, and ALL the weight come falling off... like overnight. Needless to say, this isnt how it works. :)

BUT, with the Body By Vi shakes, I feel like it really has been relatively easy. Sure, I have had some days that are more difficult than others. But overall, I have loved it.

It is one month into it, and I am down 10 pounds. I am pleased with that, but do think I can do better. I have "cheated" more times than I want to count. And I have not been drinking all the water that I should be. AND I havent added the exercise that I KNOW that I need to. Have I mentioned how much I dont LOVE to exercise. :)

But 10 pounds down, way to go Danielle. :)

On to month 2.

Keep it up, Danielle!!! Any chance there is a Jazzercise class near you? I think you would really enjoy it. It is the perfect workout for girls like us who hate to exercise but love a good dance party, AND it combines cardio/toning/stretching into one 1-hour workout. Perfect for moms whose time is limited! They have some DVDs for sale on Amazon too...I haven't tried any of them, but I think I'll order a few to use after we move until I can get settled into a new routine in a new place with a new baby!
