Well- our house in Newcastle is ON THE MARKET. Wahoo!!!!! We have been wanting to put the house on the market for a while now.. but have not had a peace about doing so. But, we finally felt like we got the "ok". So we jumped on it!!! I am not going to lie, I was WAY gun shy to get it on the market, after our more than horrible experience selling our house in Hot Springs.
Although, we LOVE our house and are very thankful for many good memories in this house. We will be able to officially close a chapter of life, when we sell it.
We have had a bit of interest and a couple of showings. We are praying for the perfect buyer to come along, so the process can be as seamless as possible. Please join us in that prayer.
When we put it on the market, I said I was not in a hurry.. but now that it is on the market, I am SO ready to move. We are just so. ready.
If we could transplant this house onto a city lot with trees.. that would be perfect! But we cant. :) So come on buyer.. come buy our house!!!!
