McKinley Beth- One Year Old

My sweet McKinley Beth is ONE YEAR OLD!  She is the greatest joy!!!!!!
She is SO MUCH fun!  If she is awake, she is moving.  Literally every second she is awake.  She is not walking yet, but she pulls up on everything and will take a step or two and then fall down.  But she can crawl SUPER fast and gets anywhere and everywhere she wants to be very effeciently.  The girl LOVES to eat.  So much so, I am not sure she even tastes what she puts in her mouth.  As long as it is food and she can feed herself, she is totally satisfied.  She like all fruits, all veggies, all meat, all pastas, all dairy, all sweets.  She does not discriminate.  She has an arm on her too, she LOVES to throw things, she throws hard and far.  And really pretty accurately.  She LOVES giving kisses.  Wide long open mouth kisses.  And if she isnt in the mood to give them, she will lean her cheek in for you to give her kisses.  She will pull her head back and then go back in for more.  She still thinks her brother is the coolest human in the world and follows him everywhere he goes.  His room is her favorite place to hang out, even if he is not in the room.  She loves to laugh.  She has about 4 1/2 teeth with more on their way.
At her one year appointment today, we found out that she is all the way up to 15 lbs 11 oz.  :)  She is still in the 2nd percentile, but really according to her growth curve, she is actually trending upwards.  We are proud of her.  I was a bit surprised she did not weigh more considering she is a bottomless pit.  She is 28 1/2 inches long, the 25th percentile.  She's just dainty and perfect.  She wears a whole spectrum of sizes.  We basically make anything work.
Craig, Jackson and I are totally in love with our little McKinley.  We can not believe that it has been a year.  On one hand, it seems like things have flown by, on the other hand it seems like all the drama that came along with McKinley's birth was YEARS ago.  She has far exceeded every one of our expectations and we are so very proud of her.  She will always be our miracle and we will never take our days with her for granted.  We are so thankful that God has given us the gift of our baby girl!
