6 Month Appointment

Jackson had his 6 month doctors appointment today! He was so happy! We knew it was going to be a rough afternoon, so we had him wear his super cute new shirt from his Aunt Reese! That might have been why he was so happy! :)

The doctor said that he looks GREAT! She said that he is right on track for everything. I was wondering if he should be sitting completely unassisted these days, because he is not. She pointed out that his torso is long (which it is), so it is probably hard for him to balance. But she thinks he will be getting it really soon!! She also suggested that we lower the crib mattress, because she thinks he will be pulling up soon also. Growing growing boy!

He weighs 16 pounds 3 ounces, which is the 19th percentile. He is 26 3/4 inches long, which is the 53rd percentile. So he is still long and lean!


While we were waiting to get the shots, Jackson had alot of fun playing with the mirror! He had Craig and I laughing really hard! He kept trying to kiss himself in the mirror. So precious!But those shots wore the sweet boy out! He came home and took a good good nap!!! But overall, he did really great today. We sure love our little boy!
