Great Friends

This past weekend was absolutely wonderful! Leslie came in town for a wedding but was able to squeeze some time in for us too! She was able to surprise Mindy for her birthday at Saturn Grill. And she was even able to be interviewed by a local news station about whether or not the Seattle SuperSonics should come to OKC. Saturday night, it was Leslie's turn to be surprised! After the wedding that she was in, she came back to Amy and Amanda's and we had a little birthday party for her... streamers and cake included! :) We had a fantastic time catching up!!! Mindy and Leslie gave us some of their marriage secrets, which I especially appreciated. Craig will too one day! :)

Sunday morning, Leslie, The Goffs and the Sewards and I met for breakfast at Mimi's Cafe. It was so fun to get to talk about all the changes that are fixing to take place, or have recently taken place in each of our lives. Friendships are so important. Leslie and I learned valuable pregnancy advise at breakfast.... again, Craig will appreciate ONE day!

Sunday afternoon, my high school friends hosted the most fabulous shower at Winans in Guthrie! We had such a fun time! All the girls were able to order their favorite coffee drinks and they had arranged a beautiful table with munchies. :) It was great to see so many friends! They all made me feel so special! It is such a blessing to be surrounded by people who love you and are so supportive during such an exciting time in your life!
