I dont know about you- but it takes some MAJOR work to keep our house clean. And I am not just talking, kid stuff. Just house stuff in general. Craig and I both work full time. And we can both deal with a bit of clutter. But the truth is, we are both much happier when our house has order.
I am really big on expectations. And follow through on expectations. The thing is, sometimes I would not verbalize expectations. I would just assume that we would be on the same page and things would get clean. Well that didnt happen. :) And I dont like to nag (although nagging might come naturally to me!).
SO.. thanks to Pinterest, I researched some different chore charts- and we have implemented one that works for us. It is GREAT. I highly recommend it. Even if you are a do it all yourself mom, I think this type of chart makes cleaning more manageable. You wont feel like you are spending your entire day cleaning, only to have to redo it the next day.
Again, this is what works for us! Craig's days off are Wednesday and Thursdays.. thats why he has more things on those days. :)

I love a good chart. That's the nerd in me, I guess. ;) In our house, Russell does the floors and kitchen, and I do everything else. We clean up for 15 minutes after the kids are in bed each night, and that really keeps things picked up during the week. Having a helpful hubby makes all the difference, and it looks like yours is a great one!
