My Crazy Girl

McKinley needs an update too!  :)  This girl is CRAZY fun.  She LOVES LOVES life.  I mean, seriously every part of it. 

She has started looking so old to me.  Not a baby anymore.. definitely a big girl. 

Now that she is going to school every day, we decided to take the plunge and really potty train our super curious little girl.  Her teachers at school are AMAZING, and are really going to help me in this endeavor.  She has still had no successes.  Ha.  But she LOVES to run around the house naked and tell us she is stinky and go sit on the potty.  She is really funny.

We also took away her paci for good this past weekend.  I know, it is pretty late in the game to take it away.  But she has never really been too dependent on it.  Just wanting it at bed time.  Or when her feelings are hurt.  But she dealt with a little sickness a couple of weeks ago, and decided that she adored her paci and "needed" it all of the time.  So, they all disappeared last Friday.  It has been a much smoother transition, than it was with Jackson.  But I think it helped that she is in her crib still. 

McKinley is getting just so so big.  Last night, Craig taught about the value that God puts on ALL life and the plan that He has for each of us.  He brought up the statistics, of how many omphalocele babies are not given the opportunity to fight each year.  Its so heart breaking.  So many of those babies could be just like McKinley is today.  Healthy and full of life!  So so thankful for our miracle baby!
