Result- Down 2 pounds!
It was not a 6 pound week.. but 2 pounds, is pretty good considering. Considering what you may ask?
Well last week was Valentines Day. On the actual day, we celebrated with our kiddos with yummy Papa Murphy's pizza for dinner. And then a couple of days later, Craig and I went to dinner for our Valentines Day dinner at Salt Grass. We were planning on going to Dave and Busters, but then heard from a few people that the food there is not the best. And since we are on this diet, if we were going to eat more calories than normal, we wanted it to be tasty. So we chose Salt Grass instead, and we were both disappointed, as well. BOO.
And all because of that.. I GAINED a pound. Absolutely 100% totally NOT WORTH IT!
And so therefore, I am thankful for the 2 pound loss. And the lesson that at this point, eating out is really not worth it.
